Objective 5 - Destroy the Neeche Dock Complex

Back on the Isle of Altalia Vista, the coot will reward you with another scroll so accept it in the choice dialogue box. It will tell you to destroy the Neechee Dock complex. An objective appears giving directions to the dock which is to the north along the shoreline. You must destroy the dock and the war hut that’s attached to it to succeed. You loose control of the coot now so return your villagers to the mainland and get them working. It’s a good idea to get two mills up now, you’ll gather a lot of food which you can trade for coin.

Age up to industrial, make a monitor and a few more ships, and fight your way on the water towards the docks. You’ll have to defeat a few war canoes along the way but use your monitor’s special attack to destroy the towers around the docks first. Then you can move in with your navy and destroy the docks which brings up the next objective. Immediately after destroying the docks, move your navy back to your own docks. Building an armoury and getting the heated shot upgrade is also a good idea. Why all this preparation? After destroying the Neechee docks, the British will mount a large naval raid on your docks. If you’re not ready they’ll basically sweep you from the sea and you won’t be able to gather coin from whales.

Move your navy near your docks and make 2 mortars. When the British arrive, fight them off. They won’t replenish their losses but they bring a considerable force. Defeat their attack then you can start harvesting whales. If you feel like more navy action, you can head north with warships, otherwise concentrate on the land battles and you’ll fish unmolested until later in the game.

Objective 6 - The Rheachantra

Once you destroy the docks this objective comes up. To complete this phase all you have to do is move Morgan to the statue that marks the Rhea’s nesting grounds. Remember just Morgan can go there as other units are forbidden there and will die. It’s just north of where the coot was imprisoned and you shouldn’t meet any resistance other than maybe a few fierce animals along the way. It’s a good idea to save before you reach the statue since a bug prevents the Rheas from completing their dance sometimes. If during the cut scene the Rheas stop dancing, wait until the music stops and the player controls are restored, and reload the save and play again.

All you want from the dance is the password which the Rheas spell by forming the letters. The word is “EVE”. If you can’t remember the word write it down since you’ll be asked for it in the final cine. You cannot reach Heaven without the password!

Objective 7 - Get Morgan Back to the Claim Flag

Self explanatory, expect no resistance for Morgan on his return trip. Once Morgan returns a missionary arrives at your town and offers you a scroll for 3000 gold. Buying the scroll reveals that the Spirits favour any civilization that builds a wonder in the region. While Player 1 cannot build a wonder, it is revealed a gang of Dutch engineers that specializes in wonder building is in the area, and for 10,000 coin they’ll build you a wonder. You’re also told about two special gold jackpots the Natives have hidden behind the Ewogwa barracks. The objective is to destroy the barracks and collect the jackpots so you can afford the wonder. You don’t have to collect the gold jack pots to afford the wonder but it’s the fastest way but you must destroy the barracks to complete the objective. You can keep harvesting food and wood and trade them for gold if you want but it takes a while. But here is the way to beat this objective.
